1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ac999 platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account at ac999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have not previously had an ac999 account suspended or permanently closed for violating these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative for any third party in connection with your use of ac999.

ac999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of your account pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period when eligibility requirements were not fully met may be voided at ac999's sole discretion.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of ac999, you must register a single account using accurate, complete, and current personal information. You may register using a valid email address or a Bangladesh mobile number. All information provided at registration is subject to verification by ac999 and must be kept up to date by the account holder at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. ac999 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login details. You must notify ac999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team. ac999 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-step verification where available.

• You may hold only one ac999 account. Opening a second account for any reason — including to circumvent bonus restrictions or a previous suspension — is strictly prohibited.
• Account registration is free and no fee is charged by ac999 for creating or maintaining an account.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. You will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• ac999 may share account information with payment processors and third-party verification services as necessary to complete KYC and fraud prevention checks, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ac999 reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ac999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20), BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. No fee is charged by ac999 on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside ac999's control.

All deposit funds must be from sources owned by and in the name of the registered account holder. ac999 does not accept third-party deposits. Attempting to deposit funds originating from criminal activity or on behalf of another individual is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be initiated. ac999 may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times for crypto withdrawals depend on network confirmation times and are outside ac999's direct control.
• ac999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. In cases where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected, withdrawal may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering and are requested for withdrawal within 24 hours of deposit may be subject to a review to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

ac999 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard bKash, Nagad, and crypto withdrawals. In exceptional circumstances — for example, an unusually high volume of small withdrawals — a nominal processing fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ac999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements (rollover conditions), minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods. 6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ac999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or assisting any underage person to access the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one ac999 account simultaneously or sequentially without prior written authorisation from ac999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ac999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to scrape, data-mine, copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the ac999 platform.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the ac999 platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or account balance due to technical failure, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ac999's reasonable control.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, or blockchain network congestion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ac999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10Account Suspension and Termination

ac999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ac999.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match fixing, or any other criminal activity in connection with your account.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative review.

Where an account is closed by ac999 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative or eligibility reasons unrelated to misconduct, the account holder will be given a reasonable opportunity to withdraw their available balance following completion of any required verification steps.

11Privacy

Your use of the ac999 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
